Free school meals and Pupil Premium Funding are available to pupils in receipt of, or whose parents are in receipt of, one or more of the following benefits:

    • Universal Credit (provided you have an annual net earned income of no more than £7,400, as assessed by earnings from up to three of your most recent assessment periods)

    • Income Support • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance

    • Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999

    • Pension Credit The guarantee element of Pension Credit

    • Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)

    • Working Tax Credit run-on – paid for four weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit

IF SO, YOUR CHILD MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONTINUED FREE SCHOOL MEALS AND FREE SCHOOL MILK

AND THEY WILL ALSO QUALIFY FOR

    ADDITIONAL PUPIL PREMIUM FUNDING.

We recommend and ask that all parents apply via www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/schools-and-education/free-school-meals

Transitional protection, during the rollout of Universal Credit, has now been extended to the end of the Summer Term 2023.  Transitional protection is attached to the child, not the parent so the child continues to be eligible for Pupil Premium Funding even if the parent/carers circumstances change.

then please pop into the school office or

telephone the customer service centre on 01522 782030 for assistance.
